Do You Dare to Dream?

Do you dare to dream?

Are you living out of your comfort zone, your learning zone, or your panic zone?

Coaching helps us find the tools that already exist within ourselves to achieve what it is we really want in life.

This video provides an excellent illustration (literally!) of how great rewards can come when we venture out of what's comfortable into dynamic learning and opportunity.

Get in touch if you feel inspired to explore what is possible for you in your life. I'm currently accepting new clients that are interested in journeying with me as I follow my own path to coaching certification. I'd love to hear from you at kristi@kristinigh.com.

Kristi, great video!

I think a big key to turing our dreams into a reality is having a good support system in place - which is one of the best things about having a coach.

Often times our friends and family will talk us out of our dreams because they love us and don’t want to see anything negative happen to us.

While they are usually coming from a loving place, they also come from a fearful place and there is no room for fear when it comes to reaching our goals.

You are so easy to talk with, I know I could share my craziest ideas with you and you would cheer me on every step of the way.

Look forward to more posts.
